Cantabile's Fall Season 2024
La Bohème
with Opera San José
November 16 - December 1, 2024

La Bohème returns to Opera San José in an exuberant production set in Christmas-time Paris following the Great War. In this tantalizing tale of young artists living on the edge, poet Rodolfo is implored by Mimi, his alluring and delicate neighbor, to help light her last candle.

Cantabile Youth Singers is proud to partner with Opera San José to give ten Performance Division students the opportunity to gain professional performance experience in this production.

On December 5th, Cantabile's Training Division singers will perform in a festive recital to celebrate all of their hard work this fall! This free event is fun for all ages, and a perfect opportunity to see what Cantabile is all about.

We'll wrap up our season with Cantabile's annual winter production, showcasing our upper choirs in the gorgeous Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph in downtown San Jose.
