Branching out!
One of the many perks that go along with working with young singers is watching them develop their musical talents in various ways. I love receiving invitations to concerts that former Cantabile singers are performing in.
Kodaly National Conference
I just came back from a stimulating 3-day conference sponsored by the National Kodaly Association. I attended many sessions. One of the highlights of the convention was observing Elena Sharkova working with the Children’s Honor Choir of 4th and 5th graders.

As we prepare for Signe’s final performance as the Artistic Director of Cantabile, more and more “alums” have stepped forward to share their post-Cantabile lives with us.
New Artistic Director to be Named in Early April
The Search Committee for the new Cantabile Artistic Director who will succeed Signe Boyer, Cantabile’s founder and current Artistic Director, has reported that it will announce its selection during the first days of April.
