Greetings, Intermediate Singers!
Thank you for your focused work this evening – it was a little hot and the coming of Spring makes us all a little distracted – so I truly appreciate your dedication to diving into our music for our upcoming Spring Concert on Saturday May 14th! Congratulations as well on your lovely performance at the Festival last Saturday; you performed a great many interesting and challenging pieces, and I could really hear and see how far you have come as singers and performers! Keep up the great work!
Please remember to use the restroom before rehearsal – particularly those in Honors, who often come early and are standing around – this is a great time to go to the bathroom, get a drink, etc. I understand we all need breaks, and you are of course welcome to use the bathroom whenever you need to, but there is too much coming and going during key moments of rehearsal – it is very distracting! Thank you in advance for being mindful of this.

Trivia Answer: Welsh rarebit (spelling based on folk etymology) or Welsh rabbit is a dish made with a savory sauce of melted cheese and various other ingredients and served hot, after being poured over slices (or other pieces) of toasted bread or the hot cheese sauce may be served in a chafing dish like a fondue, accompanied by sliced, toasted bread. No rabbits in this dish! 🙂
Have a great weekend. See you Thursday!
