1. ELEMENTS OF MUSIC CONCERT, Vocalise/Ensemble guest performers

DATE: SUNDAY, MAY 20TH
CALL TIME FOR VOCALISE/ENSEMBLE: 1:30 PM
CONCERT IS AT 4:00 PM. It should run around an hour long.
LOCATION: ST MARK’S EPISCOPAL – 600 COLORADO, PALO ALTO

DIRECTIONS TO ST. MARK’S FOR SUNDAY, 5/20
From Highway 101:
• Take the Page Mill/Oregon Expressway exit west, toward the hills.
• Turn left at a signal onto Middlefield Road.
• Turn right at a signal onto Colorado.
• The church is on the left. The driveway to the church parking lot is just before you get to the church.

ATTIRE: Concert dress, just as you wore for Dec. 2nd concert. Ladies, black velvet palazzo pants and black blouse, men black pants, black shirts and ties, black socks/shoes. (Karen has ties) Ladies, hair pulled back away from face. Please no perfume or scented sprays. Please no open toed sandals.

2. There are regular rehearsals for Vocalise/Ensemble on this Wednesday, May 16th and Wednesday the 23rd at Foothills Congregational, our normal rehearsal site. The dress rehearsal is the following week on May 30th.

3. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE EXTRA REHEARSAL FOR VOCALISE/ENSEMBLE MARKED ON YOUR CALENDAR FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 1ST, 5:30 – 7:30 AT FOOTHILLS CONGREGATIONAL.

4. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR AN EVALUATION TIME AT REHEARSAL THIS WEDNESDAY. EVALUATIONS FOR ENSEMBLE/VOCALISE WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY JUNE 5TH FROM 4-6:15 PM AT FOOTHILLS CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH. (Our normal rehearsal site), AND WEDNESDAY JUNE 6TH FROM 5:00-9:00 PM
