Happy New Year!

In this update:

Open House weeks
Spring semester information
CD orders
Photo orders
Volunteer requests

OPEN HOUSE

Bring a friend to Cantabile in January! Singers are
welcome to bring a friend to try out our programs
during the next few weeks - singers who wish to bring
a friend need to contact the office via phone or email
to make sure we have the following information:

Child's name
Parent name
phone
email
address
age

We will arrange for placement auditions for any
interested singers following their visits through the
office, so it is really important that we know who is
coming! Flyers with all of the information will also
be available throughout the month at rehearsals so you
can give them to your friends!

SPRING SEMESTER INFORMATION

The office will be mailing out updated carpool rosters
and calendar information by the beginning of February.
In the meantime, we are doing our best to make sure
any schedule changes are updated on the website
calendars!

CD AND PHOTO ORDERS

Families wishing to order CDs or photos from the
December 18th concert should follow these
instructions!

CDs: Fill out attached order form (also available on
the website), or available this week at rehearsals,
and return with payment to the office no later than
February 1st.

As a gentle reminder, we do not order extra copies
beyond what we need for our archives, so please don't
miss your opportunity to get your copy! It truly is a
limited time only offer!

Photos can be ordered by going to this link and
purchasing directly from Shutterfly. Prices are really
great!

available.

There is also a link on the youth web pages to these
photos and cd order forms!

VOLUNTEER REQUESTS

MaryAnne Stanislaw is contacting parents about their
volunteering preferences. In addition, this month we
will be revising volunteer job descriptions and asking
parents to fill select positions for the spring. Our
hope is to get volunteer staff in place near the
beginning of the semester to allow time for us to meet
and make all communications clear before we get to
scheduled events!

Please be thinking about ways in which you would like
to help!

LA BOHEME

Our six girls have been receiving kudos from OSJ staff
in the first weeks of rehearsal - come and see them in
La Boheme opening February 11th. This one WILL sell
out, so call or go online (www.operasj.org) for
tickets soon!

Welcome back- we're looking forward to a terrific
spring!
